General Policies

We endeavour to make your online purchasing experience pleasant and hassle free.

If you are unsure of an item in any way or have any questions, please email us at info@juju.ie before you make your purchase, we will try our very best to answer you in the same day so as to assist you with your choice.

 

SHIPPING

We aim to have all deliveries despatched the same day.
IRELAND, UK, EUROPE & WORLDWIDE

 

SHIPPING RATES

Ireland  €10 – 1 - 3 working days after your order has been accepted.

N. Ireland & UK €15 – 3 - 10 working days after your order has been accepted.

Europe €20 – 3 - 12 working days after your order has been accepted.

Rest of World €25 -  5 - 15 working days after your order has been accepted.

Taxes and duties

Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. We are not responsible for any custom fees or duty charged on International shipments.

 

Collection

You can also collect your order from our shop in Greystones, 3 La Touche Place.  Just choose “Collect from JUJU” as your shipping option at checkout. Once you receive your confirmation email you can collect your order anytime during opening hours.

Please contact us to let us know when you’re coming & we will have it ready for you.

 

Returns

If for some unfortunate reason you need to return your item, please follow the steps below to do this:

  • The item must be in re-saleable condition and returned to the store within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed with tags in place, and with order number or proof of purchase.

  • Unfortunately we cannot accept certain items back including Earrings, Hosiery, undergarments or swimwear

We cannot guarantee return of item so please we strongly encourage you send it via courier or tracked post. Should any uninsured items be damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.

You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed.

 

Refunds

Where the conditions above have been met we will refund your card within a maximum 3 days of receiving your item. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 7 days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account. If this has not occurred within this period please contact us immediately.

 

Sale Items

*Please note that sale items can not be returned or exchanged, they have been reduced in price for this reason
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
